Fixed-fee divorce: what it includes
Where suitable, our fixed fee covers preparation, issue, service management, and the standard stages through to Final Order.
If the respondent does not acknowledge service, a process server may be required. Work outside the normal online process is charged at £180/hr incl. VAT.
Divorce and financial settlement
Divorce itself does not end financial claims. A Consent Order is usually required to achieve finality. See our Financial Remedy page.
